At Watchung Hills, driver’s  theory students  will recognize how safe environments promote health and well-being and will develop a high degree of safety awareness on the road.  They will learn procedures to reduce and make effective responses to various driving conditions. Students must recognize and appreciate the importance of laws, rules, and etiquette as related to safety while driving.
